ATSI ICT Aboriginal Corporation Partnerships within LDM
ATSI ICT Aboriginal Corporation supports Local Decision Making (LDM) across NSW through our Murrawarra Governance team by working alongside Aboriginal communities, Alliances, ACCOs and government partners to strengthen community-led engagement and regional coordination. Through culturally safe consultation, facilitation and on-ground project support, ATSI ICT helps capture community priorities and translate them into practical outcomes that inform planning, investment and service responses.
A key example of this work is ATSI ICT’s support to the following LDM Alliances:
- Riverina Murray Regional Alliance (RMRA): including the delivery of major community gatherings such as the RMRA Men’s Gathering (80+ participants), Women’s Gathering (80+ participants) and a Youth/Family Gathering (100+ participants). These events strengthen cultural connection, increase participation across the footprint, and create strong pathways for community voices to shape decisions at a regional level.
- Western Sydney Aboriginal Regional Alliance (WSARA): including Committee governance strengthening and Auspice arrangements.
- Three Rivers Regional Alliance (TRRA), North Coast Aboriginal Development Alliance (NCADA), & WSARA: Conducted a Murrawarra Governance Review in partnership with AANSW on the Governance and Financial standings of the Alliances, looking into the Good Governance Principles undertaken by the various boards or committees of the Alliances.
